In 2023, Sport 2000 GmbH's 5-country network, covering Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, reported a solid performance. The network's consolidated gross external sales reached €2.95 billion in Germany, while the total for the purchasing network across these countries was €4.03 billion. Despite a decline in purchasing volume due to cautious ordering and the insolvency of some sports retailers, Sport 2000 retailers maintained a steady growth trajectory.

In 2023, despite the overall market conditions, Sport 2000's existing retailers experienced a stable sales increase of +2.7 percent compared to the previous year. Notably, the team sports category emerged as one of the top performers in the 2023 financial year, witnessing an impressive sales increase of +11%.
